Co-payments

Co-payments are due at the time of service. If our office does not participate with your insurance, full payment is due at the time of service. More info on co-pays

Referrals

Referrals are necessary if required by your insurance plan and we must have the referral number before you are seen. Many insurances will not allow retroactive referrals after you have been seen by us. If we are required to call and obtain your referral number at the time of service, this can result in a significant delay in your appointment time, and might require rescheduling of your appointment in some cases.
