Made with a Mac!

This site was created entirely by Dr. Angeloni with Apple Macintosh computers. Specifically, a Power Macintosh 8500 upgraded with a MaxPowr G4 accelerator and a Powerbook bronze G3 were the tools of choice. Some graphics were scanned in with a Hewlett Packard ScanJet 3c scanner, some were digitally photographed using a Nikon Coolpix 950.

All graphics except the Apple logo above and the Heartland Derm logo were created by V. Angeloni MD and are ©2000, V. Angeloni MD. See copyright page.

Software

Adobe GoLive - web page design. Makes complicated design relatively simple and the smartobjects linked to the original Photoshop graphics are just phenomenal. If only I could get the site design features to work as advertised....

Adobe Photoshop - the best digital image editing program there is, period.

Adobe ImageReady - a nice program for creating rollovers, GIF animations.

Adobe LiveMotion - will be used in the near future to add flash animations to the site as well as rollovers, really nice text effects.

Bryce 2 - used for some background texture generation and will be used in the future for 3D landscapes which will find their way into the website.

Extreme 3D - Macromedia's now defunct 3D modeling program

Macromedia's Freehand 8 - used to make some drawings which were exported as bitmaps, then sucked into Photoshop for compositing or manipulation.
